We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items. Including damaged goods, wrong size, or you have changed your intention to buy. Return for whatever reason, you do not need to pay any handling fees.
Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not directly send the items back to the original address, we will provide the return address by mail after receiving the application.
Note: We strive to provide the best online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for return shipping on any defective items. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact our support team at email@example.com and be sure to provide a photo for quality assurance purposes. For all other return reasons, you will be responsible for shipping costs back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges must be made within 15 days from the date of initial delivery.
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must be in new condition with tags and packaging intact. Products must be clean and free of dog hair.
The original order confirmation must be included within the package.All garments are subject to inspection.
As all of our sizes are priced differently, you will be credited or charged only the difference of the garment. This will occur once the item has been received at the warehouse.
You will be responsible for shipping costs back.
