2. Application & Selection

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, free products, payment, discounts, or a collaboration. Kuoser may accept or decline applications at its discretion.

3. Your Dog & Content

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit photos, videos, social handles, and other materials featuring you or your dog. Your content must not infringe others' rights or contain unlawful, abusive, hateful, misleading, or unsafe material.

4. Products, Gifts & Compensation

Any product, discount, commission, payment, or other benefit will be communicated separately. Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, or an exclusive relationship unless agreed in writing.

5. Content Use & Permissions

Submitting this application does not transfer ownership of your content to Kuoser. Any commercial use, reposting, editing, advertising, usage period, or compensation will be agreed separately where required.

6. Social Media Disclosure

If you publish sponsored, gifted, affiliate, or compensated content, you agree to follow applicable advertising, endorsement, platform, and disclosure requirements.

7. Program Conduct

Participants are expected to communicate respectfully and act consistently with Kuoser's brand values. Kuoser may end participation for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or brand-damaging conduct.

8. Privacy

Information collected through this application will be handled according to Kuoser's Privacy Policy.

9. Changes & Termination

Kuoser may update, suspend, or discontinue the Program or these Terms from time to time.

10. No Guarantee

Kuoser does not guarantee that any applicant will be selected, contacted, featured, provided with products, or offered a paid collaboration.
