  2. Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Residents of U.S. territories and other countries are not eligible.   3. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on October 21, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on November 2, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.
  4. How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, visit the official KUOSER Facebook giveaway post, upload a photo of your own dog wearing a Halloween costume in the comments, and answer: “What would your pup dress up as this Halloween?” Limit one entry per person. No purchase is necessary, and a purchase will not increase the odds of winning. Following KUOSER is encouraged but is not required. Entries must be genuine and relevant. Fraudulent, unlawful, infringing, offensive, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
  5. Prizes: First Prize — 2 winners: Each winner receives two eligible products of their choice from the seven products listed below, plus one 20% OFF discount code. Second Prize — 5 winners: Each winner receives one eligible product of their choice from the seven products listed below, plus one 20% OFF discount code.     First Prize winners may select any two eligible products, including two of the same product. Second Prize winners may select any one eligible product. Product selection is subject to available inventory, sizes, and colors. The Sponsor will cover shipping for physical prizes delivered within the 50 United States. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. Winners will be announced November 3, 2026, and contacted via Facebook Messenger. Each selected winner must respond within 48 hours. If a selected winner does not respond, is ineligible, or cannot be verified, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
  7. Discount Code Terms: Each giveaway discount code is valid for one use and expires 30 days after issuance. A minimum merchandise subtotal of $40 before discounts is required; shipping and taxes are excluded. Participation and winner codes cannot be combined with each other. Combining with an influencer code or another promotion is allowed only if expressly permitted by the applicable code terms and checkout settings. No stacking is guaranteed. Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be resold.
  8. Participation Code Issues: Eligible participants who do not receive their participation code may contact info@kuoser.com within 30 days of the original issuance date. Provide the Facebook name used to enter or a link to the entry for verification.
  9. Photos and Privacy: Submitted photos and Facebook account information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, contact winners, and provide rewards. Submitting a photo does not automatically grant permission to use it in website galleries, advertisements, or other marketing.   10. General Conditions: The Sponsor may disqualify entries that violate these rules and may suspend, modify, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances compromise its integrity, subject to applicable law.
  11. Taxes: Winners are responsible for taxes or other costs associated with accepting or using a prize, except shipping costs expressly covered by the Sponsor. Winners should seek independent tax advice if necessary.
