Hoffmann, D.
Nice coat for cold weather!
Mary, C.
I have a big dog and this coat fits well, looks nice and warm, and was an affordable price.
Joel M.
Perfect fit AND reversible! We love the color choices and who doesn't look good in plaid!
Trudy L.
I bought these for my two Maltese pups. They are both about 9 pounds. These are way too small. I can’t even get them to close. I tried to reach you via your Support support email and no one has responded. How do I return them to get a bigger size?
Patricia E.
sharp looking, warm, comfy, easy to put on/take off
Amy R.
I ordered a M and received an XL. Despite repeated attempts to contact the company for an exchange (at this point I want a refund), I’ve had no response and will be disputing the charge. Do not buy from Kuoser!
Richard B.
Warm and easy to put on the dog. Lasts at least one season. The Velcro will wear out before the coat does. Hand wash and hang dry.
Christopher B.
This is a beautiful coat, we have one for each of our two dogs and they are very cute in the winter with their matching jackets. The only problem is that the velcro fastener picks up everything and eventually stops working, so you need to get a replacement every year or two.
Dianne Z.
The coat is really cute and well made. I would have given a 5 star review except that I ordered the wrong size and can't contact the service department.
I have sent 3 emails and 3 DMs to the Kuoser service department asking for a return label with no response back. (Other than "We're are currently out of the office and will get back to you soon"), which they never did.
I wanted to exchange the coat for a larger size, as the return policy states you have 15 days for that. Since I'm yet to get a response, and the 15 days have past, I'm now asking for a full refund. Unfortunately I haven't gotten a response to that email either. (The return policy says I have 30 days to return for a full exchange).
So, the product itself is great, but make sure you order the right size. If not, you'll end up like me with a dog coat I can't use, and will likely donate to my local dog shelter.
Kimberly M.
This was our second time ordering this coat (our dog outgrew the first one)... it's great!
Sandra G.
The is a great coat at an affordable price
PamelA S.
These coats are wonderful.
Tom M.
She loves it. Oregon certified. lol
melody q.
I was very please with the coat that is reversible. It is well made and velcro works great. I had purchased one previous last year and was so pleased I bought another for my smaller dog.
Lori M.
Neck, chest, length fit well but huge around the stomach. Will sew it for better fit and keep my dog warmer. Have a mutt; mostly staffiture terrier.
Francisco C.
The reversible coat is made with top quality materials and well constructed- but there is one major flaw, at least for my Parsons Jack Russell, the belly bar is too long. Should be 2-3 inches shorter. My dog pees into his coat half the time. Only 3/5 stars for this major flaw.
Erika V.
Finally found a jacket that fits his big pit bull chest. Easy on and off the Velcro holds so well. I’ve washed them both - he has it in blue too. It gets pretty cold here and he seems very comfortable when he wears his jacket outside.
Debra C.
It is easy to put on.
jeanette w.
Mack loves his Kuoser coats. He has both the red and green tartan ones.
Susan R.
Having a reversible top is very important for me. We walk rain or shine. The large fits perfectly. Very happy.
Venae M.
Nice warm jacket. Pretty plaid. Fits well. Can't ask for much more.
Denise F.
Fits a long, 20lb dog well. I like the flannel inside, poly outside for rainy days.
renee s.
well-made and cute
Tina D.
Perfect fit for 5 lb Yorkshire Terrier.
Janet S.
I love it , the size is just different then I was use to . Love the product
Cathi H.
I love the ease of putting on and removing the jackets for my 2 King Charles. I also purchased the red plaid earlier.
Carol C.
Cute, cute, cute! Well made. Nice fit. Dog said “thanks mom.”
Karen T.
Easy to order. Great quality and very stylish.
Should have ordered more.
Jamie R.
I was looking for a way to keep my dog’s incisions clean and dry after her surgery. The coat accomplished this. It is well made and easy to put on and take off.
Ellen F.
It was a little too big. But will work.
Peggy C.
Fit perfectly. Would buy again,
James O.
The first coat my 55 pound PitMix has ever left on overnight! She usually gnaws them off but the flexible belly band let her go ahead and curl up to sleep in her bed so it stayed on during a cold night. Ordered two more just to have spares since it's hard to know when she will go on a chewing jag!
Pamela S.
I sent this to a friend as a gift for her dog. She really liked it and it fit the dog! I would
love to make a few suggestions: when measuring the dog for a size, could you also
say it fits a dog weighing xxx lbs.? Also could you ask if it is a gift for someone and if
it is, ask about including a card, which would have been helpful for me.
Thanks!
Roy G.
We love the coat. As you can see I can't get a still picture as Clary will not stay put.
Ellen K.
I bought this for a Shih Tzu puppy in size XS. It is still too long. I will hem it for now and it may fit her as she grows.
Jared L.
Quality of all items is great but the long long long wait is not worth the purchase.
Steven E.
It is the perfect size and is easy to put on and off. I like that it covers his sides and belly, not just his back.
Patricia P.
The jacket is of good quality unfortunately my dog passed before it got here. She never had the chance to wear it
Jen L.
Great reversible jacket - keeps my big guy warm on cold days. He’s doesn’t need to sleep under the covers when he wears this. Only problem is when I washed it the Velcro turned around and it’s twisted underneath… he’s about 60 lbs and I bought a 2XL
Armond F.
19 pound Teenager. Fits Brett perfect and he enjoys wearing it. Sometimes he seems he doesn't want to take it off. I believe the full belly piece that fastens to each side is comfortable for him. He is easily dressed in this dog jacket.
He is an older dog and its hard for him to slip into leg holes on other jackets. This is the perfect jacket for him.
Vilma M.
Love the style and fabric unfortunately it's too large for my pet despite following the sizing chart.
Veronica B.
Very well pleased.
Patricia M.
Bought this for my canine corsair. Used it today during blizzard conditions. Easy to put on and kept her warm while outside playing. I swear she was smiling! Lol!
Phil M.
It was a gift. It was easy to put on and fit well. I thought it could be a little heavier. The dog owner liked it I don’t know dog language so I’m not sure of the dog’s point of view.
Marilyn D.
The coat fits perfectly and the padding seems like it will keep her very warm. I also lovethe
pink plaid design.
The only issue is that she cringes when I unfasten the Velcro. It's very secure and makes a loud ripping sound when unfastened. I'm hoping she'll adapt to it, but for now, she avoids me when I approach her with it.
Jan D.
Good product but my dog hates the Velcro ripping sound when taking the jacket off.
Sheryl M.
Super cute! Love it!
Connie H.
Great coats fit good
MARGARET B.
Very nice fit and good quality
MARGARET B.
Fits well. Nice quality. Good value
LYNNE P.
So warm and cozy for our morning walks when it is 32 outside!
Janis S.
Easy to get on and off. Easy fit. I can put a sweater under it or not. I'm very pleased.
Kimberly O.
We love this doggie coat. It fits our Shih Tzu perfectly - size M. The design is great - easy to get on and off and it fits under Mitzi's tummy to add more warmth.
Thank you for this wonderful coat - we orderd an extra!
renee s.
Cute, easy to put on and my dog seems to love it
linda L.
Very cute plaid material. Made well. It's a little long for my Havenesse. She is 10 pounds. But it is ok.
Dilana I.
Vt is having very cold weather this winter and my old dog is feeling the cold. Bought him a cheap one, not easy to put on and a little short for him. However it helped alot and he went out easy. This one fits and is VERY easy to put on and take off. He is willing to go now. Our weather is colder day after day, down to minis 20 F and I do not have to drag him out.
dixie m.
Shadow is being kept warmer sporting his new coat.
I'm impressed with the quality!
Jenkins C.
Love the way it is made, great fit and Moe loves the softness and so easy to put on and off.
Kaye S.
It fit just right and I was so glad that the Velcro is good and strong will order again
Druanne G.
Great coat for my bichon frise! The size was ideal and no fuss to put the coat on - which my little pal greatly appreciated. Would definitely purchase again!
Terry F.
It's so cute. A little big for my sweetie but still love it.
Judy T.
Love the ease of putting it in and off. My dog loves wearing it
Lynda M.
The jacket fit my MinPin (11 lbs) better than the Chihuahua mix (7.5 lbs). It does keep them dry and warm.
Sheryl H.
Nice product. Seems to be warm. A little tricky to put on but I'm glad to hv it. Small size fits my 6# chi with elastic and velcro to adapt and customize fit.
Helen B.
Good fabric, good construction and we will see if the product can withstand the wear and tear of large puppies.
Carrie B.
Love this jacket. Fits my standard poodle perfectly
Kevin H.
Far better that we thought it would be!!!
Beth L.
I love these jackets - they are very well made, easy to use and are very functional, all at a very reasonable price!
Mary R.
I love it and so does my dog Ben. The plaid coat design makes him look very handsome. It is a perfect fit and keeps him nice and warm on our walks.
Margaret M.
It was perfect for cool or cold days when walkinh
Teresa M.
It fits perfectly.
LUCY C.
I am pleased with this jacket. I bought it for my Great Dane, and it fits him perfect. He seems to enjoy it because he allows me to put it one him. The cost was reasonable for the size, design, and material. I'm glad I purchased it.
Carlin K.
Easy to put on and take off, warm, she likes it was very important.
Faith P.
The coat came quickly and fits my dog perfectly. It is puffy and warm and the velcro is very strong. I would certainly recommend these coats to friends.
Donna P.
Great quality and very versatile. I will always purchase from this company.
LaTosha T.
This is a really cute jacket but it is too big.
Dianne P.
This dog coat is well made. I like the quality of the fabric. The panel across the stomach opens from either side which makes it easier to put on or take off and the neck opening is easily adjusted because of the velcro closure. The velcro is of high quality and closes securely. The coat provides warmth and protection from the elements.
Diana M.
Looks great on our baby girl. Fits perfectly and covers her all the way to her tail. She seems to be very comfortable in it and I know she is warm.
Lori C.
Couldn't Be Happier with our pur have of the reversible, aid jackets! We have FL doggies who have never worn jackets. They absolutely LOVE their ja kits and even stand taller n more proud while wearing them. It is like they KNOW they look good. Now, if it is ool or. Old outside, they wait to go out until they get their jackets on!! Beautiful color n design. Reversible. Water resistant. Comfortable for our furry loves!! So happy we. Hose Kuoser n the plaid reversible jackets!!!
Monica C.
Beautifully designed with very practical features: full belly coverage with waterproof material, easy on, easy off, reversible with a water-resistant side, stylish, warm & easy to care for. This is a real winner!
Monica C.
This Kuoser plaid jacket was designed with a real dog in mind. The jacket is easy to put on & take off. It offers coverge for the belly & allows for expansion in that area in case a sweater is worn beneath the jacket. If it rains, the jacket's reversible feature allows for the water-resistant side to be exposed to the elements. In addition, it's very stylish-looking; my dog has been strutting his stuff on his walks ever since he's been wearing it. Congratulations, Kuoser, on a great design.
PATRICIA H.
Buddy was all dry, at least where it was covering. And kept warm.
Laura D.
Easy on and very cute
Helen G.
This 2X fits perfectly on my 65lb dog. She wears it to bed every night. Since it is reversible, I can switch it to the opposite side and the rain will run right off of it.
Charlotte M.
We love the quality of our dog's new Winter coats! We measured our dogs before we placed our order and the fit was perfect! I would definitely recommend your product to anyone!
Maggie O.
I got the large xxxl for our golden retriever. It fit her perfect ! And so cute, and we think she liked it also she just pranced around in it !
Thank you !
Maggie O.
Sorry I can not get a picture now because the dog is at my grand
daughter’ for now!, she enjoys the holiday’s with her! I ordered the small one before it was to small so now we are getting a medium! We gave the small as a gift ! Perfect ! Thank you!
cindy d.
Love that it’s reversible. It will work in rain too. And red looks good on him.
Wende H.
The 3X fits my Boxer/Bully mix breed who weighs 85lbs and the 3X fits my Weimaraner who weighs 120lbs.
Jan R.
Bought this for a friend's staffordshire terrier. She was a pain to put it on the first time, but now she understands what it is, and actually stops and looks up where it is hanging to have it put on her when she goes outside.
My friend says it is great! And Della the staffie, thinks so too. It's warm and easy to put on, and was a very good value.
Beverly P.
Extremely well made. I even had a friend ask me where I got the coat because she wanted one for her dog. Very pleased!
Doug A.
Fits good, love the elastic so it hugs the body.
Sally H.
Clancie has an appt with the groomer this week & temperature is supposed to be around freezing, very happy to have jacket for her!
Ms. B.
Adorable and reversable which I didn't know when ordering! I wish I had ordered a smaller size as it has expansion, soo cute, and a great price!
Denise R.
Fits great, well made. I ordered two for my GSP, they love them. Would definitely recommend
